BACKGROUND
Prince Jewellery & Watch is a well-known luxury retailer in Hong Kong with decades of history. The company aimed to undergo digital transformation to modernise their business operations through a new business unit. One crucial aspect of their business was their loyalty programme targeting members and VIPs.
CHALLENGE
The company never had a CRM system to track customer purchases. Salespeople had their own different ways to manually collect and store customer information, which often led to mistakes, delays in customer service and missed opportunities for upselling.
SOLUTION
Ceterna created a loyalty programme system for their new business unit for tracking member information, purchase history and gift redemptions. The system has greatly enhanced storefront customer experience, and allowed sales teams to identify the best customers for different product brands for more segmented and targeted promotions.
