BACKGROUND
Founded in 2011, Givergy is an award-winning fundraising technology company which offers a range of cutting-edge platforms to help charities raise more at fundraising events and online. Givergy’s rapid global expansion since their inception required some important consolidation.
CHALLENGE
Givergy were looking for a centralised solution that would help them smartly manage their accounts and contacts across borders. Operating in 5 global markets required a lot of currency handling and back-end management that wasn’t being handled very efficiently. What’s more, Givergy needed a better way to manage the events that were fundamental to their overall business proposition.
SOLUTION
Ceterna designed an end-to-end, fully integrated system that not only generated and qualified interest in Givergy but also acted as a full-fledged event management tool. Sitting upon Salesforce’s Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, the platform was architected to manage events end-to-end from marketing, logistics, finance-handling and resourcing, all the way through to feedback, post-event handling and task management.
